By using www.webbsfruit.co.nz you agree that you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions. All website transactions with JR Webb and Sons Ltd will be in accordance with these terms and conditions.
Webb’s Fruit has the discretion to decline any order placed or cancel any order for any reason. Whilst every effort is made to ensure prices are always correct on our website, mistakes can occur from time to time. If this is the case, Webb’s Fruit will notify you of the error and you will then have the choice to either accept the correct price or to cancel your order. Transactions will appear on your credit card statement as JR Webb and Sons for any transactions through this website.
Please keep your login and password safe; customers are liable for every order made under their login.
All prices displayed on our website are in NZ Dollars and include GST.
Webb’s Fruit uses DPS for all online credit card payments, a processing fee of 4.5% will be applied to all credit card transactions. We do not collect or store any credit card information. When making a purchase you will be directed to a secure webpage hosted by DPS to enter your payment details. DPS is New Zealand's largest and most preferred gateway provider.
Customers with a Webb’s Fruit account who receive an invoice are required to pay within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Webb’s Fruit will charge 3% interest per month and debt collection charges on any account not paid by the due date.
All photos and descriptions give a general representation of appearance and taste of the product. There will be variations between seasons and varieties.
Delivery/Shipping
Webb’s Fruit reserves the right to withhold delivery of any product for any reason whatsoever.
Deliveries will be made to the address and location supplied by the customer. The customer will provide accurate and full address details (including suburb) with every order. Once the order has been left at the specified address, the product will be deemed to be delivered.
We will endeavour to dispatch all orders during the week you nominate. Refer to the website page “FAQ” for the buying options and the website page “Fruit we Grow” for predicted variety dispatch. In the event a customer has not received the fruit when expected, please contact Webb’s Fruit.
If the customer receives an incorrect order, the customer is required to notify Webb’s Fruit within 24 hours and failure to do so will be considered acceptance of the fruit delivered. If the customer does contact Webb’s Fruit within 24 hours, a replacement of the order can be arranged to be sent.
If the requested product is out of stock, you will be notified and will be extended the option to cancel or change your order.
We use NZ Couriers for delivery of goods. Shipping costs are determined by weight and location

Rural Delivery – an additional charge of $6.00 per box
Please note all fruit boxes delivered to a rural address are at the customers own risk and no refunds will be provided. We highly recommend delivery to to a friend/relative, your local business hub or collect your fruit from your local NZ Couriers agent.
If Webb’s Fruit is unable to supply the fruit ordered, Webb’s Fruit will refund the customer’s payment.
We do not deliver to overseas addresses.
Refunds/Returns
The customer acknowledges Webb’s Fruit is selling perishable goods.
If you receive a product that is damaged or if you are unsatisfied with the product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product to let us know. Webb’s Fruit at its discretion will replace any damaged fruit or provide a refund. Additional information may be requested by Webb’s Fruit before any refund or replacement is made.
Webb’s Fruit will not be responsible for any quality issues resulting from incorrect storage or handling of the fruit once delivered to the customers specified address.
Ripening instructions provided are guidelines only and differing weather conditions within New Zealand can alter ripening processes.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. We will never disclose, share or sell your email address, or other contact information to any other company. We only collect this information in order to be able to process your order and to make it easier for you when you re-order. All information about you will remain strictly confidential. Should you ever want your details removed from our database, simply let us know and we will process your request immediately.
